TEXTILE

Ten, which has integrated in production and investment, meets %90 of its raw material requirement with in its plant.
The hig quality yarn of various type, which is the basic, raw material of textile, is selected with a great care. Elastic satin fabric, jersey fabric, yarn for hook & eye, yarn for corset, samplex, satin and bath suit fabric are produced at TEN’s textile knitting unit using the machinery of the most advanced technology; also elastic band and ribbon is produced on narrow band weaving units. The annual production capacity of the textile units 7.5 million meters of elastic band, 90 tons of gipe yarn, 250 tons of elastic textile and 20 tons of lace and 7.5 million bow-tie.

DYE-ROOM

The elastic band and the ribbon, produced at the narrow weaving loom are dyed at the company’s own dye-room, and both used for the production of underwear and sold to other manufacturers.

HOOK&EYE PRODUCTION

The raw materials, wire, yarn and fabric which are fed to the hook & eye prepartion unit are processed to produce hook & eye by special machinery. TEN, which is the first and the leading “Hook & Eye” manufacturer of Turkey has a great contribution to the other domestic and worldwide underwear producers and thus to the economy with 85 millions of hooks and 2 millions of hook & eye produced per annum.

EMBROIDERY PRODUCTION

The embroidery and the motives which are applied to the fabric at the embroidery unit an annual capacity of 150.000 motives represent elegance and beauty, and thus European traditions are sustained.

MODELLING UNIT

All model development and creation systems of TEN are computer assisted, in compliance with certain standards. The developed products are monitored on computer environment, the materials required for serial production are prepared with utmost care and eventually high quality products are ensured.

CUTTING UNIT

At the cutting unit with a daily avarage capacitiy of 5.000 units, fastidiously fabric and laces are cut, inspected and prepared for sewing.

QUALITY CONTROL UNIT

The products, which are sewn by specialised labour on the special machinery, imported on the special machinery, imported from abroad are quality controlled with a great care and the packet. The products help ladies to be stylish and elegant. The annual production capacity of TEN is 1.5 million units of bras, 1.7 million units of underpants and 1 million units of corset.
